Hey there. I'm Manan Patel, but I go by Vicky. I am a Program and Project Manager, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). I love taking messy processes, projects, and ideas and turning them into clear, digestible goals that anyone can understand.

Over the past decade (and slightly beyond), I've worked across SaaS and advertising, partnering with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and leaders. My role has always been the same at its core: connect the dots between people, process, and tools so that work can continue to move forward without friction. Most recently at Workday, I was able to dig deeper into building scalable frameworks and workflows that helped cross-functional teams deliver faster. During my time, I was able to:
